Withdrawal of Manuscript Policy

Authors are not permitted to withdraw manuscripts that have been submitted or published, except under exceptional and well-justified circumstances. Manuscript withdrawal is considered a significant misuse of resources, given the time and effort invested by editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher throughout the editorial and review process.

If authors still wish to request withdrawal of their manuscript, they must submit a completed and signed Article Withdrawal Form, endorsed by all authors or by the corresponding author on behalf of all co-authors, clearly stating the reason for withdrawal. Authors should not assume that their manuscript has been withdrawn unless they receive formal written confirmation from the editorial office.
