Jurnal Bikotetik (Bimbingan dan Konseling: Teori dan Praktik) operates under an open-access publishing model, in which publication costs are covered through Article Processing Charges (APCs) paid by authors, their affiliated institutions, or relevant funding agencies.

Under this model, all accepted articles are published with immediate and permanent open access on the journal’s platform and are made freely available to readers upon publication, subject to the applicable license. The applicable APC rates are clearly stated on the journal’s official homepage
