Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Bikotetik (Bimbingan and Counseling; Theory and Practice) are screened using the Turnitin similarity detection tool. The journal will immediately reject manuscripts that are found to contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism.

The journal upholds the highest standards of academic integrity and requires all authors to comply with international ethical standards in scholarly publishing. Plagiarism includes the use of ideas, data, or wording from other sources without proper acknowledgment, whether intentional or unintentional.

Any use of specific information, ideas, or direct quotations from other works must be properly cited. Direct quotations must be clearly indicated using quotation marks and appropriate references in accordance with academic writing conventions.

The editors reserve the right to withdraw a manuscript from the review process or revoke acceptance if any violation of this policy is identified. For further information, authors may contact the editorial office at jurnalbikotetik@unesa.ac.id
