Copyright Policy

Copyright ownership

Under the proposed copyright arrangement for future publications, authors retain copyright to their scholarly work and grant JDMP the non-exclusive right of first publication and the right to identify itself as the original publishing journal. Authors remain responsible for obtaining permission to reuse copyrighted materials from third parties.

Rights of use and distribution

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/). Users may share and adapt the material, including commercially, provided they give appropriate credit, link to the licence, indicate changes, and distribute adaptations under the same or a compatible licence as required by CC BY-SA 4.0.

Authors may share the published version in institutional or subject repositories, personal academic websites, and other appropriate venues, provided the original JDMP publication and DOI or article URL are acknowledged.

The copyright statement appearing on each article and in the OJS publishing workflow must be consistent with this policy. Previously published articles remain subject to the copyright notices and agreements that applied at their time of publication; this policy does not retroactively amend them.
