Peran Kepercayaan Diri dan Kemampuan Multitasking terhadap Readiness to Change pada Mahasiswa

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and multitasking abilities with readiness to change among students. This study used a quantitative correlational method. The total number of 30 members of Psychology Student Association in Universitas Negeri Surabaya was recruited. Data were collected using three instruments, namely self-confidence, multitasking ability, and readiness to change scales. Data were analyzed using a multiple linear regression technique with the help of SPSS 24.0 for windows program. The statistical analysis results showed that the hypothesis of this study is approved. It can be concluded that there is a positive relationship of self-confidence and multitasking ability with readiness to change among subjects.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Seluruh 30 mahasiswa pengurus Himpunan Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Negeri Surabaya direkrut secara purposif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hipotesis penelitian ini diterima. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan yang bersifat positif antara kepercayaan diri dan kemampuan multitasking dengan readiness to change pada subjek.
