  Dear Readers and Authors,

  We would like to inform you of a delay in the publication of Vol. 15 No. 3 (2024). This delay is due to a system disruption requiring maintenance following a cyber attack on our journal’s website. Our technical team is actively working on recovery and strengthening security measures to resume normal publication activities.

  Additionally, we have a new template for upcoming publications. We kindly ask authors to update their article documents in accordance with this new template to ensure formatting compliance.
