OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING LETTER of ACCEPTANCE (LoA)

Dear Authors and Academic Partners,

The Editorial Team of JPTT would like to clarify that we do not issue Letters of Acceptance (LoA) in the form of separate formal letters (printed or PDF) outside the journal system.

All editorial processes — including submission, peer review, revision, and final decision — are conducted exclusively through the Online Journal System (OJS). Acceptance notifications are delivered only through:

  • Official system notifications, and

  • Automated emails generated by the system.

Any LoA issued as a standalone document outside these official channels is invalid and not authorized by JPTT.

We urge all authors to communicate only through official journal channels and to report any suspected misuse of the journal’s name.
