Abstrak

An organization should make a change to face a challenge ahead that cannot be avoid. Challenges faced by an organization or company can come from various aspects. Good teamwork is needed and competencies are supportive so that companies can survive because challenges often create competition between companies. The motivation behind this review was to decide and examine the impact of skills and responsibility on representative execution at PT Madusari Mas Surabaya. This is a quantitative examination with an all out example of 150 representatives. The estimating instrument utilized is meeting, perception and survey. Information was broke down by utilizing various direct relapse investigation strategies with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software (SPSS 23). The aftereffects of this review clarify that capability has a critical beneficial outcome on representative execution, while the responsibility doesn't influence worker execution. Capability and responsibility at the same time influence worker execution
