Persepsi Terhadap Empati Suami, Dukungan Sosial dan Kepuasan Pernikahan Pada Istri Dengan Peran Ganda

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of husband's empathy and social support with marital satisfaction. The research hypothesis that there is a relationship between perceptions of husband's empathy and social support with marital satisfaction. Respondents in this study were 200 wives who have dual roles and work as doctors and policewomen. The research used purposive sampling technique and to collect data were used scale of perception of husband's empathy, social support and marital satisfaction. Data analysis using pearson correlation. The results of the analysis showed that the perception of husband's empathy had a significant relationship with marital satisfaction (r=0.546; p=0.000), while social support also had a significant relationship with marital satisfaction (r=0.764; p = 0.000) Thus the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi terhadap empati suami dan dukungan sosial dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Hipotesis penelitian yaitu ada hubungan antara persepsi terhadap empati suami dan dukungan sosial dengan kepuasan pernikahan. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 200 orang istri yang berperan ganda serta berprofesi sebagai dokter dan polwan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan skala persepsi empati suami, dukungan sosial dan kepuasan pernikahan. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap empati suami memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan (r=0.546; p = 0,000). Sementara dukungan sosial juga memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kepuasan pernikahan (r=0.764; p = 0,000 ). Dengan demikian hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima.
