Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Beban Kerja Berlebih Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Jamkrida Jatim

Abstrak

Studi ini mengkaji faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT. Jamkrida Jatim, sebuah badan usaha milik daerah yang mendukung UMKM dan koperasi. Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan kuesioner yang telah divalidasi, analisis melalui SPSS versi 25 menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan beban kerja berlebih secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 47,7% terhadap varians kinerja karyawan. Meskipun kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, beban kerja berlebih tidak menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya manajemen beban kerja dan kesejahteraan karyawan, menawarkan wawasan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan menginformasikan kebijakan SDM berbasis data yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan di UMKM dan koperasi.
