Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen afektif dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement pada karyawan PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausalitas dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah sampel 75 orang karyawan tetap PT. XYZ. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah partial least squares (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan kinerja karyawan, kepercayaan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement dan kinerja karyawan, work engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komitmen afektif berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work engagement.
