Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui psychological well being. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling dimana sampel telah ditentukan oleh peneliti dengan pertimbangan tertentu dengan jumlah 41 responden. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap psychological well being. Psychological well being berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada analisis pengaruh tidak langsung psychological well being mampu memediasi pengaruh antara work life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan memastikan keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dapat mengurangi stres, menjaga kesejahteraan psikologis, dan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
