Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh psychological well being dan work life balance terhadap job performance melalui work engagement pada perawat Gen Z Rumah Sakit Umum Anwar Medika. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 116 perawat yang tergolong generasi Z dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 90 perawat generasi Z. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.2.9.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological well being berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap work engagement, work life balance berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap work engagement, work engagement tidak berpengaruh terhadap job performance, psychological well being berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap job performance, work life balance tidak berpengaruh terhadap job performance, work engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh psychological well being terhadap job performance, work engagement tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh work life balance terhadap job performance.
