Keunggulan Psychological Empowerment bagi Karyawan PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional Jawa

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of job crafting on work engagement with psychological empowerment as a mediating variable in employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Java Sub-Regional. The population in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples so that the population and employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub Regional Java. This type of research is quantitative research. The data analysis technique used in this research is the SEM-PLS analysis technique which is processed with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research results obtained from this study show that job crafting has no significant effect on work engagement; job crafting has a positive and significant effect on psychological empowerment; psychological empowerment has a positive and significant effect on work engagement. Meanwhile, psychological empowerment is able to mediate the effect of job crafting on work engagement significantly positively.
