Knowledge sharing memediasi pengaruh organisational justice terhadap employee innovative work behaviour

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan dengan berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Lamongan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan dan dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Selain itu, keadilan organisasi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, dan berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Dan hipotesis ke-4 membuktikan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan dapat memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen untuk meningkatkan keadilan dalam organisasi dan mendukung berbagi pengetahuan untuk mendorong inovasi di tempat kerja
