Pengaruh work-life balance terhadap retensi karyawan dengan moderasi kompensasi

This study discusses the effect of work-life balance on employee retention with moderation of compensation at PT Sucofindo Main Branch, Surabaya. The subjects of this study were employees of PT xxx, and the data collection technique used was the was the saturated sample technique. The total number of respondents in this study was 99, obtained by distributing questionnaires directly. This research includes quantitative research using SEM PLS version 4 analysis techniques. The results of the study found that work-life balance has no significant and positive effect on employee retention, compensation has a significant and positive effect on employee retention, and compensation moderates significant and positive work-life balance on employee retention.
