Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh work-life balance terhadap retensi karyawan dengan moderasi kompensasi di PT Sucofindo Cabang Utama Surabaya. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Sucofindo dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Total responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 99 responden, dengan menyebar kuesioner secara langsung. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis SEM PLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan yaitu work-life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap retensi karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap retensi karyawan, dan kompensasi memoderasi signifikan dan positif work-life balance terhadap retensi karyawan.
