Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengaturan kerja yang fleksibel dan Kesepian di Tempat Kerja terhadap Kesepian di Tempat Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang melibatkan 44 karyawan di Perusahaan XYZ. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 44 responden. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SEM PLS dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Flexible Work Arrangements berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Workplace Loneliness, dan Workplace Loneliness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Workplace Loneliness.
