About the Journal

Jurnal Inovasi Administrasi Negara Terapan (Inovant) is a peer-reviewed and open-access scientific journal published by Universitas Negeri Surabaya and managed by the Applied Bachelor Program in Public Administration, Faculty of Vocational Studies, Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The journal publishes original research articles and scholarly works in public administration and the public sector, including public policy, public management, governance, public services, digital government, public-sector innovation, and related applied administrative studies. Inovant is published three times a year, in April, August, and December.

Jurnal Inovasi Administrasi Negara Terapan (Inovant), Volume 4 Number 2 (2026), publishes peer-reviewed scholarly articles in the field of public administration and the public sector. This issue presents original research and applied studies addressing public policy, public management, governance, public service, local government, digital government, public-sector innovation, and other contemporary issues in public administration. All articles in this issue have undergone editorial screening and a peer-review process in accordance with the journal’s editorial policy.
