Copyright in articles published by Jurnal Inovasi Administrasi Negara Terapan (Inovant) remains with the authors.

Authors grant Inovant the right of first publication of their work and agree that the published article will be made available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users are permitted to:

• share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; and
• adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose,

provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s), the original publication in Inovant is acknowledged, a link to the applicable license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are indicated.
