Open Access Statement

Jurnal Inovasi Administrasi Negara Terapan (Inovant) is a fully open-access journal. All published articles are freely and permanently available online without subscription fees or access charges to readers or their institutions.

Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, share, distribute, print, search, link to, and otherwise reuse published articles in accordance with the applicable license, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original source of publication.

This open-access policy is consistent with the principles of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which promotes free and unrestricted access to scholarly literature and supports the wider dissemination and use of scientific knowledge.

Articles published in Inovant are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits users to:

  • share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format; and
  • adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose,

provided that appropriate attribution is given to the author(s), the original publication in Inovant is acknowledged, a link to the applicable license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are indicated.

No additional permission from the journal or the author is required for uses permitted under the CC BY 4.0 license.

Through its open-access policy, Inovant is committed to:

  • promoting equitable and unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge in public administration and the public sector;
  • increasing the visibility, accessibility, dissemination, and potential impact of published research;
  • facilitating the use of research findings by academics, researchers, practitioners, policymakers, students, and the wider public; and
  • supporting knowledge exchange, scholarly collaboration, evidence-informed policymaking, and public-sector innovation.

Open access to published articles is provided independently of the journal's Article Processing Charge policy. Readers are not charged any fee to access or download articles published in Inovant.
