  Due to the OJS update in the Unesa's Journal system, we really sorry that we cannot process the manuscript from 2 to 29 September 2021. Authors, Editors, and Reviewers cannot login during this process. Now, the updating process of OJS is finished.

  Today (29 September 2021), we will focused on the delayed process in JPFA and will not receive any new submission until 30 October 2021. The new submission will be open after all the delayed process in updating the website and processing the old submission is finished. We expect to finish this process before 30 October 2021, so we can open the new submission as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

• Revised JPFA's Template

  Based on the suggestion from the National Journal Accreditation Reviewer and JPFA Editor Adversary Board, we revise JPFA Template to give comprehensive metadata in the manuscript, such as the type of research, detailed article history, and how to cite. We make other adjustments in the template for easy readability metadata in Mendeley. The usage of the revised template is started form Vol 8 No 1, June 2018.   JPFA has proposed an indexation to OpenAIRE and formally indexed on 5 April 2018. OpenAIRE stands for Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe and aims to gather the metadata of research output (publications and associated research) funded by EC.
  
  By receiving indexation from OpenAIRE, we hope that our journal (JPFA) will be known by the users more widely, especially in Europe region.   Jurnal Penelitian Fisika dan Aplikasinya (JPFA) is indexed by Science and Technology Index (SINTA) and is categorized as S3 (one-grade below the Nationally Accredited Journal).

  In addition, JPFA received a manuscript of research results in the field of Physics and Physics Education. JPFA is indexed DOAJ Greentick, SINTA S3 (one-grade below the Nationally Accredited Journal), and starting Vol 8 No. 1 of all its articles will be written in English (kum maksimum 20 untuk PAK). • Problem with an Indexing Services

  On October 19, 2017, JPFA Editor requested to an indexing services website. Miraculously, one day after request, JPFA indexed by this services.

  After indexing, all article in JPFA downloaded by this services and uploaded on their website. Problems occurred when Google Scholar indexed this website, the metadata of JPFA in Google Scholar is broken. The link is resolved to their website from some of the Google Scholar search results.

  This action is disadvantageous to JPFA in term of decreasing our website traffic. Their action also potentially infringed our articles' license that is CC-BY-NC. All article in JPFA is free to distribute as long as they give the appropriate credit including the article's link to the journal.

  We have spoken to the administrator of the website on October 29, 2017. He removed JPFA to their indexing service. He also removed the PDF file and left the link with 404 error. 

  Unfortunately, the problem causes permanent damage to our metadata in Google Scholar. We already request Google Scholar Inclusion to solve this problem. We hope our metadata will be restored in 3 months.

  To our readers, authors, and librarians, please accept our sincere apologies to this matter. A minimum 3 months onward, our metadata in Google Scholar will be restored. Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will give you details of this problem.

  Based on the website of PAK Ristekdikti (http://pak.ristekdikti.go.id/portal/?p=465), we obtained an information that the not accredited  national journal but indexed in DOAJ is not included in the limitation quota of 25% AK scientific papers in not accredited  national journals from the credit score of the research that is needed for the promotion to Lektor Kepala and Profesor.
