    Articles in Press di JPFA merupakan artikel-artikel yang telah diterima untuk dipublikasikan di JPFA namun belum ditempatkan pada volume dan nomor tertentu. Articles in Pressdapat pula berupa artikel yang telah ditempatkan pada volume dan nomor tertentu, namun volume dan nomor tersebut belum dipublikasikan. Hal ini merupakan cara yang baik untuk mengetahui perkembangan terbaru terkait dengan bidang riset tertentu sebelum artikel tersebut dipublikasikan secara resmi. Lebih lanjut tentang Articles in Press, dapat dilihat pada Kebijakan Articles in Press.

    Terdapat 3 jenis Articles in Press di JPFA:

    1. Naskah yang telah disetujui untuk publikasi (AM). Merupakan artikel-artikel yang telah ditelaah oleh Mitra Bestari dan diterima (disetujui) untuk publikasi oleh Tim Editor JPFA, tetapi belum dilakukan copyedit atau diformat sesuai dengan template JPFA.
    2. Naskah yang belum dilakukan proofreading (UP). Merupakan artikel yang telah dilakukan copyedit dan diformat sesuai template JPFA, namun belum difinalisasi dan masih mungkin ada koreksi dari penulis, sehingga naskah dapat berubah sebelum dipublikasi secara resmi.
    3. Naskah yang telah dilakukan proofreading (CP). Merupakan artikel yang telah dilakukan proofreading oleh penulis dan proofreader JPFA. Artikel ini mungkin terdapat atau tidak terdapat volume dan nomor tertentu (sesuai rencana artikel tersebut ditempatkan) serta halaman artikel.
    Perhatikan bahwa DOI pada Article in Press belum sepenuhnya aktif hingga issue tersebut terbit secara resmi.
