Problem with an Indexing Services

On October 19, 2017, JPFA Editor requested to an indexing services website. Miraculously, one day after request, JPFA indexed by this services.

After indexing, all article in JPFA downloaded by this services and uploaded on their website. Problems occurred when Google Scholar indexed this website, the metadata of JPFA in Google Scholar is broken. The link is resolved to their website from some of the Google Scholar search results.

This action is disadvantageous to JPFA in term of decreasing our website traffic. Their action also potentially infringed our articles' license that is CC-BY-NC. All article in JPFA is free to distribute as long as they give the appropriate credit including the article's link to the journal.

We have spoken to the administrator of the website on October 29, 2017. He removed JPFA to their indexing service. He also removed the PDF file and left the link with 404 error. 

Unfortunately, the problem causes permanent damage to our metadata in Google Scholar. We already request Google Scholar Inclusion to solve this problem. We hope our metadata will be restored in 3 months.
