In submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Political Islam, the author(s) acknowledge and agree to the following copyright and licensing terms upon acceptance and publication of their work:

Copyright Assignment

The copyright of articles accepted for publication will be assigned to the Journal of Political Islam as the official publisher. This assignment includes, but is not limited to, the rights to publish, distribute, and reproduce the article in any medium or format, including digital, print, reprints, and translations, while ensuring proper attribution of authorship.

The Journal of Political Islam retains the exclusive publishing rights and reserves the right to manage the integrity and dissemination of the published content by academic and legal standards.

Author Rights and Responsibilities

Authors maintain significant rights to their published work. They are permitted to:

  • Share and distribute their published articles freely, including posting the final published version on institutional repositories, personal websites, or academic networking platforms, provided that a proper citation and link to the official publication (DOI or URL) on the Journal of Political Islam website are included.
