Peningkatan green human resource management melalui green organizational commitment dan knowledge sharing

Isu perubahan iklim dan target pengurangan emisi nasional telah mendorong perusahaan untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip ramah lingkungan ke dalam strategi operasional mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh green human resource management terhadap green innovation behavior melalui green organizational commitment sebagai variabel mediasi, sekaligus menguji peran moderasi knowledge sharing di antara karyawan PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan mengumpulkan data dari 100 responden melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa green human resource management berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap green innovation behavior maupun green organizational commitment. Selain itu, green organizational commitment terbukti memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara green human resource management dan green innovation behavior. Namun, knowledge sharing ditemukan tidak memiliki peran moderasi yang signifikan dalam memperkuat hubungan antara green organizational commitment dan green innovation behavior, maupun pada efek tidak langsung dalam model mediasi tersebut. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa green innovation behavior di PT Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut lebih didominasi oleh komitmen internal dan kebijakan strategis perusahaan daripada dinamika pertukaran informasi antar karyawan yang saat ini masih bersifat administratif dan prosedural.
