Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior dan intrinsic motivation terhadap employee performance pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh pegawai BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surabaya Karimunjawa dan besar sampel yang terkumpul adalah 31 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling atau sampling jenuh yang artinya semua karyawan populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap employee performance, intrinsic motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance.
