Pengaruh Organizational Culture dan Work Engagement terhadap Nurse Performance melalui Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Islam Sakinah Mojokerto yang terletak di Kabupaten Mojokerto, Jawa Timur, Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh organizational culture dan work engagement terhadap nurse performance melalui job satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening pada Rumah Sakit Islam Sakinah Mojokerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 87 perawat dalam unit rawat inap dan teknik pengambilan sampling yang digunakan berupa sampel jenuh. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.2.9.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa organizational culture berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap job satisfaction, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap job satisfaction, organizational culture tidak berpengaruh terhadap nurse performance, work engagement berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nurse performance, job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap nurse performance, job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh organizational culture terhadap nurse performance, job satisfaction memediasi pengaruh work engagement terhadap nurse performance.
Implikasi praktis dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen rumah sakit perlu memiliki konsistensi dan peningkatan atas program-program yang dapat meningkatkan work engagement dan job satisfaction, seperti pemberian penghargaan dan pengakuan atas kinerja, menjalankan program pebinaan secara rutin, pelibatan perawat dalam pengambilan keputusan, pelaksanaan survey kepuasan perawat secara berkala serta menciptakan budaya kerja terbuka dan partisipatif melalui peningkatan komunikasi vertical dan horizontal.
