Abstrak

West Sidoarjo Regional General Hospital is a type C hospital established in 2021. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among its management employees. The research uses a quantitative approach with saturated sampling of 55 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0.9.9. The results show that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on OCB. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on OCB. However, organizational culture does not moderate the effect of emotional intelligence on OCB.
