Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya digital terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui work engagement pada karyawan PT. Pegadaian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan populasi terdiri dari 64 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 55 karyawan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan kontribusi software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja, budaya digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, budaya digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja , work engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, work engagement memediasi hubungan motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja, dan work engagement memediasi hubungan budaya digital dengan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini mempunyai arti bahwa jika suatu perusahaan ingin meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawannya, maka perusahaan harus mampu memberikan energi positif sebagai bentuk motivasi kerja dan budaya digital yang baik untuk meningkatkan work engagement karyawannya.
