Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Nonfisik terhadap Turnover Intention dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Studi Pada PT Citraraya Mandiri Motor

Abstrak

This study examines the relationship between the physical work environment and non-physical work environment on turnover intention throught job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of this research is PT Citraraya Mandiri Motor and techniques of data collection using the tecniques of non probability sampling with convenience sampling. Total respondents obtained are 41 employees of PT Citraraya Mandiri Motor by distributing questionnaires offline. This research is a quantitative approach to causality analysis and using the analysis technique of Structural Eqution Modelling (SEM) in SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of this study showed that the physical work environment has’nt effect on employee job satisfaction and turnover intention. Non-physical work environment have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Non-physical work environment has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. And Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention.  Implications of research that could be applied by the Company is conduct training on internalization company values, and the company leaders could better provide direction to subordinates at work, as well as provide promotion opportunities for employees with high work performance. In addition, to increase job satisfaction and decrease turnover intention, the company also can improve the working environment to be more non-physical, one of which is a more expensive policy will be applied to employees that are not detrimental to the company and its employees.
