About the Journal

Publikasi Riset Orientasi Teknik Sipil (Proteksi), ISSN No. 2655-6421 is a venue for publicizing scientific research activities in the field of Civil Engineering, necessarily restricted to structures, geotechnic and earthquakes, transportation, highway and railway, construction materials, water resources, hydrology and hydraulic, environment, surveying, monitoring and control systems, health and safety in construction.

Proteksi is a peer-reviewed journal that is published by Universitas Negeri Surabaya or the State University of Surabaya in collaboration with Himpunan Ahli Teknik Tanah (HATTI) Cabang Jatim or Soil Engineering Expert (HATTI) East Java Branch. Proteksi is published by the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Surabaya - Indonesia with publishing period twice in a year. The articles published in Proteksi  been through the editing process and rigorous assessment of third parties who joined as a mitra bestari. This editing process aims to ensure the accuracy of the content of the article as well as guarantee the accuracy of information as expected by the reader. The article published in Proteksi  be accessible online and can be downloaded.

We invite researchers, academics, and practitioners to publish research results in this journal. The language used in this journal is English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proteksi published by the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa), Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia. Proteksi published twice a year, in Juni and December, Proteksi includes research in the field of Structures, Geotechnic and Earthquakes, Construction Management, Transportation, Highway and Railway , Construction Materials, Water Resources, Hydrology and Hydraulics, Environment, Surveying, Monitoring, and Control Systems, Health and Safety in Construction. Editors invite research lecturers, the reviewer, practitioners, industry, and observers to contribute to this journal. The Proteksi receives articles from the special issue for conference. The languageused in English.

Proteksi was published for the first time in 2019 and Proteksi is currently ranked SINTA 4 (Science and Technology Index). This rank is based on the assessment from Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology, Directorat Higher Education Science and Technology 2021. of The Republic of Indonesia as an achievement for the peer-reviewed journal which has excellent quality in management and publication. The recognition published in Director Decree SK no. 0005.26556421/JI.3.1/SK.ISSN/2019.01 - 31 Januari 2019. In June, 2024 effective ranked SINTA 4 (Science and Technology Index) published in Director Decree SK no. 0547/E5/DT.05.00/2024 72/E/KPT/2024. ACTIVE RANK UNTIL DESEMBER 2027

Jurnal Publikasi Riset Orientasi Teknik Sipil (PROTEKSI) Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) ini telah mendapatkan e-ISSN dari LIPI dan Proteksi saat ini menduduki peringkat SINTA 4 (Indeks Sains dan Teknologi) ranked SINTA 4 (Science and Technology Index) published in Director Decree SK no. 0547/E5/DT.05.00/2024 and 72/E/KPT/2024. Proteksi menerbitkan Volume 6, Nomor 1, Juni 2024. Penerbitan jurnal ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan informasi ilmiah mengenai perkembangan ilmu teknik sipil yang meliputi hasil penelitian, kajian pustaka dan telaah kritis pada kasus-kasus ilmu ketekniksipilan. Pada Volume 6, Nomor 1 ini menerbitkan 15 judul artikel ilmiah yang kami sajikan. Penulis pada Volume 6, Nomor 1 ini merupakan sivitas akademika dari dalam maupun luar Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Redaksi mengucapkan terima kasih kepada para mitra bestari dan penyunting yang telah menyediakan waktunya untuk menyunting naskah artikel yang dimuat. Ucapan terima kasih juga kami sampaikan kepada para penulis dan semua pihak yang telah membantu hingga terbitnya jurnal ini. Kami sangat mengharapkan peran aktif semua pihak sebagai penulis artikel, baik dari lingkungan akademisi maupun praktisi dan lain-lain khususnya bidang teknik sipil.
