Abstract

This study was aimed to examine the correlation between perception of organizational support, culture of organization, and support of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) . Subjects were employees who are working at PT. Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. The sample consists of 28 employees. Data collected using questionnaires and analysed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that rxy= 0,411 which means that there is no significant relationship between perception of organizational support, culture of organization, and support of organizational citizenship behavior among participants. It can be assumed from the result that the higher perception of organizational support and organizational culture does not correlate to higher organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional untuk menguji hubungan antara antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)  . Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang sedang bekerja di PT Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 karyawan dan sampelnya 28 karyawan. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT Pertamina UPMS V Surabaya dengan rxy= 0,411. Hal tersebut menunjukkan apabila persepsi dukungan organisasi dan budaya organisasi tinggi, maka tidak berarti organizational citizenship behavior tinggi pula.
