Job satisfaction is a positive affective behavior related to emotions and psychological health in the field of work. Motivation is the desire to do something as a result of internal and external motivation. Work safety behavior is positive behavior towards work accident prevention measures. This study aims to determine the effect of moderation of work safety behavior on the relationships between motivation and job satisfaction in construction workers. The research used a quantitative approach with a correlational explanatory design. The total number of 159 respondents from construction companies were involved in this study. The sampling techniques were purposive and snowball samplings. Data were collected using work extrinsic and intrinsic motivation scale (WEIMS), work safety scale, and job satisfaction survey (JSS). Data were analyzed using moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that there is a significant correlation between motivation and job satisfaction; and work safety behavior can moderate the motivation and job satisfaction relationships in construction workers.
