Digital Archiving and Preservation Policy

JP (Jurnal Pendidikan): Teori dan Praktik is committed to preserving its published scholarly content and maintaining its accessibility for researchers, educators, institutions, and the wider academic community.

1. Institutional Digital Archiving

The journal uses the electronic journal publishing infrastructure of Universitas Negeri Surabaya to manage, publish, and maintain its scholarly content. Published articles and available supplementary materials are retained within the journal's digital publishing environment.

The journal's online archives provide public access to previously published issues and articles:

2. Preservation and Continuity

The editorial team works within the university's institutional publishing environment to support the continued availability and integrity of published records.

The journal recognizes that maintaining articles on an institutional website is not equivalent to participating in an independent distributed preservation network. Any additional preservation arrangement, including participation in external archiving services, will be identified publicly only after its implementation has been confirmed.

3. Author Self-Archiving

Authors are encouraged to preserve and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, scholarly repositories, and personal academic websites, provided that they comply with the applicable copyright and licensing terms.

When sharing the published version, authors should acknowledge its original publication in JP (Jurnal Pendidikan): Teori dan Praktik and include the article's DOI or official journal URL.

4. Integrity of Archived Content

Corrections, retractions, and other post-publication editorial notices will be recorded in a manner that supports transparency and preserves the scholarly record.

Where possible, the original publication record and associated notices will remain accessible to readers.

5. Policy Development

The journal periodically reviews its digital archiving arrangements and may implement additional preservation measures in coordination with the publisher and relevant institutional administrators.
