This study aims to analyze the effects of digital banking services, non-performing loans (NPL), and the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) on the efficiency of conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020-2024 period. The data used in thi study are secondary data. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 43 banks with panel data regression analysis method assisted by EVIEWS 12. The results indicate that digital banking services do not have a significant effect on bank efficiency, non-performing loans (NPL) have a positive and significant effect on bank efficiency, and the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) has a negative and significant effect on bank efficiency. Based on the research results, management is advised to maintain capital adequacy and manage credit risk optimally to improve operational efficiency. Investors are advised to pay attention to the non-performing loans (NPL) ratio and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) before making investment decisions.
