Abstrak

PT X, didirikan pada tahun 2021, menjadi perusahaan kuliner pada bidang industri makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap employee performance dengan menggunakan work engagement berperan sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT X. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan pada penelitian dengan teknik sampling jenuh terhadap 83 responden awal; 79 responden dianalisis, sementara 4 responden tidak diikutsertakan karena tidak berpartisipasi dalam pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.2.9 untuk memperoleh hasil yang objektif dalam menguji pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh bukti empiris bahwa psychological well-being memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, psychological well-being memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work engagement, work engagement memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan work engagement signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh psychological well-being terhadap employee performance. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perusahaan perlu meningkatkan psychological well-being karyawan dengan mendorong work engagement yang akan berdampak positif pada peningkatan employee performance.
