Job satisfaction is an important factor that influences productivity, loyalty, and employee well-being within an organization. This study investigates how workload, relationships with supervisors, and motivation impact employee job satisfaction in the subcontracting sector of PT Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk. In the end, employees are less satisfied with their jobs due to stress and fatigue associated with a high workload. On the other hand, a positive relationship with the boss can improve the work environment, increase engagement, and enhance employee loyalty. Motivation, both intrinsic and extrinsic, encourages employees to be more engaged and productive in their work, which contributes to increased job satisfaction. The aim of this research is to measure how each variable affects an individual's job satisfaction. In addition, this research provides scientifically-based recommendations on how to manage human resources in the subcontracting industry. This research is expected to help organizations create better plans to improve employee productivity and well-being using a quantitative approach.
