PENGARUH WORK STRESS TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN WORK ENGAGEMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh work stress terhadap turnover intention dengan work engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasi sebanyak 130 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling yaitu teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis statistik pada penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Square (PLS) yang didukung dengan software komputer SmartPLS 4.0.9.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work stress terhadap turnover intention, pengaruh negatif dan signifikan work stress terhadap work engagement, pengaruh negatif dan signifikan work engagement terhadap turnover intention, dan work engagement secara signifikan dapat memediasi work stress terhadap turnover intention. Perusahaan yang ingin menurunkan turnover intention perlu untuk lebih memperhatikan work stress dengan melalui work engagement.
