PENGUNGKAPAN PRAKTIK SDM DAN KINERJA PASAR PERUSAHAAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh praktik HRM terhadap kinerja pasar perusahaan. Praktik HRM diproksikan dengan HRM Practice Disclosure Index (HRMPI). Kami menggunakan teknik analisis konten untuk mengukur HRMPI. Kinerja pasar perusahaan diukur dengan Tobin's Q. Kami menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 186 perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2014-2018 dengan 854 observasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa praktik HRM mempunyai hubungan positif dengan kinerja pasar perusahaan. Kemampuan perusahaan dalam menerapkan HRM Practice mempunyai implikasi positif terhadap sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Perusahaan dengan HRMPI yang lebih tinggi mempunyai kemampuan yang lebih baik dalam menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif. Hal ini mendorong kinerja perusahaan menjadi lebih baik dan berujung pada peningkatan nilai pasar. Pemeriksaan ketahanan menggunakan dimensi Indeks Praktik HRM, ukuran kinerja alternatif, dan uji endogenitas memberikan hasil yang konsisten.
