Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyze the impact of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at Tiara Supermarket Ngawi. The method of this research is quantitative research and use 58 employees as a sample. The analysis technique of this research is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 26. The result shows that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB and organizational commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on OCB. Simultaneously, job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This result shows that the company must pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees to improve OCB which has a big influence on achieving company goals.
