Pelatihan Konseling Sideco (Systematis Desensitisasi Dan Ego State Counseling) Untuk Menangani Mogok Sekolah pada Siswa SMP di Kota Surabaya

Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah: 1) meningkatkan pemahaman Konselor SMP di Surabaya tentang hakikat mogok sekolah, faktor-faktor penyebab, akibat, dan cara mengatasi mogok sekolah, 2) meningkatkan penguasaan guru BK / konselor tentang konseling Sideco untuk mengurangi mogok sekolah pada siswa, 3) meningkatkan kemampuan Konselor SMA di Surabaya dalam menangani siswa yang mengalami mogok sekolah dengan menggunakan konseling Sideco. Langkah-langkah kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah yang dialami mitra adalah sebagai berikut. 1) mengidentifikasi Guru BK yang memerlukan pelatihan konseling, 2) pemberian pelatihan terhadap guru BK yang telah diidentifikasi sebelumnya. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perubahan perilaku peserta dalam aspek afektif nampak pada perubahan persepsi dan sikap yang semakin membaik terhadap Konseling Sideco dan menunjukkan senang dan tertarik serta mempunyai keinginan mempelajari Konseling Sideco lebih lanjut, 2) Perubahan kemampuan psikomotor peserta dapat dilihat dari dikuasainya tehnik dan ketrampilan yaitu ketrampilan mengidentifikasi siswa yang mengalami mogok sekolah, ketrampilan dalam konseling Sideco.
