SJESE – STEAM Journal for Elementary School Education operates under a Full Open Access model. All published articles are immediately and freely accessible to the public. To support publication operations, including editorial management, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and digital archiving, the journal applies the following transparent publication fee policy:

APC Waiver Policy

The standard publication fee for accepted manuscripts is IDR 500,000. However, the publication fee is fully waived (100%) under the following conditions:

1. International Affiliation

   The publication fee is fully waived for manuscripts with at least one author affiliated with an institution outside Indonesia.

2. Officially Invited Authors

   The publication fee is fully waived for authors who have received an official invitation email from SJESE that explicitly offers a publication fee waiver. When submitting their manuscript, authors must upload a copy of the official SJESE invitation email as supporting documentation for the fee waiver request. Failure to provide the required invitation documentation may result in the standard APC being applied.

Application for an Official Publication Invitation

Authors who wish to apply for an official publication invitation from SJESE and become eligible for a 100% publication fee waiver may submit their request through the following form: Apply for a Publication Invitation & Fee Waiver

The request will be reviewed by the editorial team based on the information and supporting documents provided by the applicant. Submission of the form does not automatically guarantee that an official invitation or fee waiver will be granted.
