Author Guidelines

Submission Process

Submission System

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission system (OJS).

Originality and Concurrent Submission

Authors must confirm that the manuscript is original and is not under consideration by any other journal. Manuscripts that have been previously published (in print or online) in any language will not be accepted.

File Format and Software

Submit manuscripts prepared with a word processor (Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF). Use a reference manager such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to format citations and references.

Manuscript Preparation

Language and Length

Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. Authors are encouraged to use proofreading or language-editing services (e.g., Grammarly or professional copyediting).

Length: 5,000–7,000 words (excluding references; figures and tables are included in the word count).

Structure and Required Sections

Manuscripts should include the following sections in this order:

Title

Concise and informative, emphasizing the main finding or focus. Do not include institutional titles or degrees.

Abstract

A structured summary of the study’s aims, methods, main findings, implications, and contribution.

Length: 200–250 words.

Keywords

Provide 5–8 keywords or short phrases that reflect the main concepts. Keywords should be in italic and separated by semicolons (e.g., keyword1; keyword2; keyword3; keyword4; keyword5).

Introduction

Describe the research problem, its importance, and the study’s objectives. Summarize gaps in the existing literature and clearly state the contribution of the current study.

Methods

Describe the research design, participants, data collection instruments, validity/reliability procedures, and data analysis methods. Reference established statistical or methodological procedures rather than reproducing standard formulas.

Results and Discussion

Results: Present findings clearly and systematically, focusing on the most important outcomes. Use tables and figures as needed.

Discussion: Interpret the results, relate them to prior research and theory, discuss limitations, and provide recommendations for practice and future research.

Conclusion

Provide a concise, conceptual summary of the main findings and their implications. Avoid repeating the abstract or restating detailed analysis.

Acknowledgments (if applicable)

Acknowledge funding sources, institutional support, or contributors who do not meet authorship criteria.

Appendix (if applicable)

Include supplementary materials such as survey instruments or additional data. Provide URLs for open datasets where applicable.
