Intellectual Property Rights
The Journal of Social Philanthropy and Halal Research (JSPHR) respects and protects the intellectual property rights of authors, publishers, and other stakeholders involved in scholarly publishing.
Authors retain the copyright of their work while granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the article as the original publisher. All articles published in JSPHR are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to share and adapt the work for any purpose, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s) and the source.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted manuscripts do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. Any material that is copyrighted by third parties, including figures, tables, images, or substantial text excerpts, must be accompanied by written permission from the copyright holder when required.
The use of copyrighted materials must be properly acknowledged through appropriate citation and attribution. If any intellectual property violation is identified, the journal reserves the right to reject the manuscript or take appropriate corrective actions, including correction or retraction of the article, in accordance with publication ethics guidelines.
