Hubungan Antara Kesepian Dan Perilaku Non-suicidal Self-injury Pada Mahasiswa Psikologi di Kota Malang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara kesepian dan perilaku nonsuicidal self-injury pada mahasiswa psikologi di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian ini ialah 65 mahasiswa Psikologi dari enam universitas negeri maupun swasta di Kota Malang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari skala kesepian milik Russell (1996) yang terdiri atas 20 aitem dan skala nonsuicidal self-injury yang terdiri dari 39 aitem yang diadaptasi dari skala milik Klonsky & Glenn (2009) . Analisis data penelitian menggunakan Pearson’s product moment correlation, menunjukkan korelasi positif dan signifikan antara kesepian dan nonsuicidal self-injury pada mahasiswa psikologi di Kota Malang sebesar 0,341 dengan nilai signifikasi (p) 0,005 (p≤0,005) termasuk dalam kategori rendah dan searah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kesepian dengan perilaku nonsuicidal self-injury pada mahasiswa psikologi di Kota Malang.
