Digital governance transformation in retail MSMEs: an agile administration and omnichannel excellence integration model

Transformasi digital kini bukan lagi pilihan, melainkan kebutuhan mendesak bagi UMKM ritel untuk bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan yang semakin dinamis. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha masih memaknai digitalisasi sebatas penggunaan media sosial atau marketplace, tanpa memperkuat tata kelola dan sistem administrasinya. Berangkat dari kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan membangun model integrasi antara Digital Governance Effectiveness, Agile Administration, dan Omnichannel Excellence serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap kinerja dan daya saing UMKM ritel.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh dari pemilik dan pengelola UMKM ritel yang telah memanfaatkan minimal satu saluran digital dalam aktivitas usahanya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas tata kelola digital berperan sangat kuat dalam membentuk keunggulan omnichannel. Administrasi yang agile turut memperkuat kemampuan organisasi dalam merespons perubahan pasar secara cepat dan adaptif. Selanjutnya, keunggulan omnichannel terbukti memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja serta daya saing UMKM.
Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan transformasi digital tidak cukup hanya dengan adopsi teknologi, tetapi menuntut sinergi antara tata kelola yang terstruktur, administrasi yang lincah, dan integrasi kanal yang konsisten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi konseptual dalam pengembangan model transformasi digital berbasis tata kelola dan kelincahan organisasi, sekaligus menawarkan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku UMKM dalam merancang strategi digital yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.
