The Pengaruh Work Ethic dan Work Motivation terhadap Job Commitment pada Manajemen Kepengurusan Atlet Taekwondo Surabaya

This study examines the influence of work motivation and work ethics on the job commitment of BPTI Surabaya administrators. The population in this study was 159 people, and the sample was 113 people. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data sources were obtained through primary data and secondary data. Data processing and analysis uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 15.0. The research results prove that work motivation has a positive and significant influence on the job commitment of administrators, this is proven by the tcount value (8.637) which is greater than t table (2.390) with a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Work ethic has a positive and significant influence on the job commitment of administrators, this is proven by the tcount value (4.184) which is greater than t table (2.390) with a p-value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Work motivation and work ethics together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant influence on management's job commitment. Work motivation has a more dominant influence on management's job commitment compared to work ethic, this is because the regression coefficient value of the work motivation variable (0.685) is greater than the work ethic regression coefficient (0.409). Work motivation (X1) and work ethic (X2) contribute to the manager's job commitment (Y) amounting to 86.00% while the remaining 14.00% is influenced by other factors or variables outside this research, such as; work morale, environment, work ability, education and training.
