This study aims to see the effect of leadership, motivation and work discipline independently and simultaneously on the performance of the Surabaya City DPRD Secretariat employees. The population used in this study were employees of the Surabaya City DPRD, totaling 50 employees. In this study with three independent variables, namely leadership (X1), motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3), the dependent variable is employee performance (Y). The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire, then the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this regression analysis indicate that there is a significant influence between the independent variables, namely: The results of this study indicate that leadership, motivation and work discipline on employee performance have a positive and significant relationship with employee performance at the Surabaya City DPRD Secretariat. And simultaneously it is also known that there is a positive relationship between leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Surabaya City DPRD by 81.3% and 18.7% influenced by various other aspects. This research is expected to have implications for giving consideration to the Secretariat of the DPRD City of Surabaya in improving employee performance. It is hoped that this research can help leaders to consider decision making in order to improve employee performance. Improved employee performance in an agency can assist in assessing the overall performance of employees.
