The main aim of a company for its employees is to try to improve employees performance aimed at achieving the company's goals. To achieve that goal, companies need employees who competen to improve their performance. This study analyzes the relationship between organizational culture and leadership to employee performance KONI Kabupaten Sampang. This type of research is quantitative research using a saturated sample technique. The object used for this research sample is the KONI Kabupaten Sampang amounting to 30 respondents. From the statistical analysis results, this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) and is assisted by smartPLS 3.0 software. This research shows that the results of an organization's cultural variable do not have a relationship with employees performance, leadership variables have a relationship with employees performance and organizational culture variables have a relationship with leadership. This research implies a good form of organizational culture and leadership with employees performance in the work environment.
